Allow mod groups to have sequence pricing (5 items included, then $0.60 each) for example

Urban Plates mentioned that they need a transaction webhook event for when a membership renewal fails. These most often happen due to credit card issues with that renewal; such as expired CC or other CC related issues. According to them, they want to be able to build flows to let the customer know, as well as knowing ourselves, when a membership of a customer fails to renew. Currently, there is no real visibility for this, and that the customer just realizes it when they go back into their account and find that they are no longer active members in the membership program. They are looking into the possibility of this to be added to the Transactions Webhook that they already have and currently using. Since these renewals do send to this webhook, when one of them has an error or fail, they still send it to the webhook but with some information to tell that the order_id failed due to an error, then include the error information so they can properly know how to build flows to notify the guest. These errors do already exist in Lunchbox in the payments object.

Please allow us to toggle whether or not sold out items are visible to customers. We want them to remain visible, but marked Sold Out, as when they sell out, it falsely leads the customer to believe we do not carry those items, which in turn decreases sales. If a customer knows that an item is available but is simply sold out, they will be more likely to try and buy it in the future. We've had to answer quite a lot of customer inquiries as to why X location doesn't carry X because they don't see it on the app.

If a modifier group is optional, it should be collapsed to save scrolling space

Please add ability to manually sort (drag n drop)/prioritize display order of modifier groups shown on the front end.

The ability to turn off awarding loyalty points for tax and tip

We have some partners that have hotspot locations for one drop time per day. It's confusing to their customers to not have their main location be at the top of the locations list, as the main location is typically the one customers are looking for (not the hotspot that might be closer to them). Request is to have the ability to order locations as opposed to defaulting to locations being listed based on proximity to the customer.

Currently, the Novadine menu admin is set up so that, if a menu modifier category is required, it is automatically listed above modifier categories that are optional. Requesting the ability to override this default behavior, and to allow customers to organize their menu in the Novadine admin using the drag and drop feature regardless of whether or not they're required or optional.

We would like the option to have our menu categories to show as title only until a guest clicks on them. Olo has this capability and it makes for a clean menu.

External Order Load Error should display the item id/number not the item config id as shown ("The price for item config ID 1350 - Chewy Marshmallow is not available) Having the item id will help troubleshoot a lot faster to locate the item or item to question.
