We at Summit Coffee have been attempting to turn this off for months with no progress updates only to find that a feature request is needed. We could certainly be in the minority, but earning credits on Taxes and Tips by default is crazy and it feels a lot more like a bug fix is needed than a full feature request.

This is a no-brainer. Guests should not be earning loyalty for sales tax, tips, delivery fees, service fees, etc. Andrew Boryk
