Limited visibility in the Call Center (so location-specific users can only see and edit their location's orders)
Order quotes send customers back to the 2.0 UI instead of the novadine re-skin (so they aren't sent to an unfamiliar source to re-submit payment)
Visibility of 'Quoted' and 'In-Progress' orders on the Order Dashboard (currently they are hidden in a customer's order history)
Tax-exempt id selection in the guest-facing order process (so there is a place to enter the id instead of requesting they put it in order notes)
Call Center ordering mirrors the order functionality of 2.0 (not design, just selections like multiple modifiers and discount application)
Ability to edit catering orders based on prep time, not lead time (this restricts edits within say 24 hours)
House Account functionality on the 2.0 UI (and really an understanding on how to configure and manage it)

If you haven't noticed already, Quoted orders are now in the Command/CAll Center Order Dashboard!

This is a must - Visibility of 'Quoted' and 'In-Progress' orders on the Order Dashboard (currently they are hidden in a customer's order history). Plus the ability to easily edit order for the customer. The restaurant should receive an updated order when the order is edited.
