In 1.0, there is a separate catering url (catering.restaurant.com). In 2.0, this is not the case and catering is a part of the regular web ordering site (order.restaurant.com).

This request is to have the catering option (Ex: catering pickup) pre-selected or have a beetter mechanism so that the guest does not have to 'select' catering if they've already selected 'catering' from the restaurant partner's main website.
